It took  a while for us here in the Man Drawer office to find a coffee grinder worth our seal of apporval with looks and functionality.  We finally found it in the Stelton Collar Coffee Grinder designed by Italian design duo Daniel Debiasi and Fredrico Sandri.  With the Collar Coffee grinder beans can be ground by hand which is essential for the charachterictics of the espresso brew.  The designers have taken a modern spin on the classic design for all coffee feinschmeckers and combined it with Scandinavian design.  Pefecto!
